Privacy Policy
Last updated September 26, 2026. This describes what AD Appoint collects and how it is used.
Draft — pending legal review
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains what AD Supply NY Corp, operating AD Appoint (“AD”, “we”), collects about customers and business staff who use AD Appoint, and what we do with it. It does not cover a business's own website, social media, or how a business itself uses the information you give it in person.
2. What we collect
- Account information: first name, last name, email address, and phone number if a business you book with requires it.
- Booking information: the business, service, staff member, location and time you book, and any note you add to a booking.
- Reviews: the rating and text you write about a completed, verified appointment.
- Usage information: basic technical data (like device and browser type, and pages viewed) to keep AD Appoint secure and working.
- Location, only if you share it: your device's approximate location, if you tap “Near me” to find nearby businesses — this is used for that search only and is never stored against your account.
We never ask for a password (sign-in uses an emailed code), and AD Appoint never collects or stores payment card details.
3. How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in, and let you book, reschedule or cancel appointments.
- To send transactional email: sign-in codes, booking confirmations, reminders, and changes to a booking you made. We do not send marketing email or text messages (those are switched off platform-wide until we've done the compliance work for them).
- To show your own appointments, favorites and reviews back to you.
- To keep AD Appoint secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
4. Who we share it with
When you book an appointment, we share what the business needs to serve you — your name, contact details, and the booking itself — with that specific business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses you have not booked with. We may share information with service providers who help us run AD Appoint (for example, sending email) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is active, so you can see your appointment history and businesses can serve returning customers well. If you ask us to delete your account (below), we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we need to keep limited records for legal, safety or accounting reasons.
6. Your choices
- You can review and update your name, email and phone from your profile at any time.
- You can remove a business from your favorites at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and personal information by writing to info@adwebdesignny.com. We will confirm once it is done.
7. Children
AD Appoint is not directed to children, and no one under 13 may create an account or book an appointment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based database access and passwordless sign-in to reduce the risk to your account. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information, as the law requires.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update the “last updated” date above whenever this policy changes, and post material changes here before they take effect.
10. Contact
