Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AD Appoint is operated by AD Supply NY Corp (“AD”, “we”, “us”). AD Appoint is a booking platform: it lets customers find and book appointments with independent local service businesses (“businesses”), and lets businesses run their calendar, client list, services and team. By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using AD Appoint, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Customer accounts are created with a name and email address and signed into with a one-time 6-digit code sent to that email — AD Appoint does not use passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (see Section 3). Business accounts are created by AD, and a business owner may then add logins for their own team; that owner is responsible for the logins they create.

3. Children

AD Appoint is not directed to children and no one under 13 years old may create an account, book an appointment, or otherwise use AD Appoint. If we learn that we hold information from someone under 13, we will delete it.

4. Businesses are independent

Every business listed on AD Appoint is an independent business, not an employee, agent, contractor or franchise of AD. AD does not provide the services businesses list — haircuts, manicures, massages, detailing and everything else on AD Appoint are performed entirely by the business you book with, under that business's own policies, licensing and insurance. AD is not a party to the appointment you make and is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness or outcome of any service.

5. No payments on AD Appoint

AD Appoint does not process, store or collect payment for appointments. Every price shown is the business's own display price and may change; you pay the business directly, in person, using whatever payment methods that business accepts. AD never asks for your card details and you should never enter them anywhere in AD Appoint.

6. Booking, changes and cancellations

When you book, you will get an email confirmation and, where enabled, a reminder before your appointment. Each business sets its own cancellation and rescheduling policy, including how much notice it needs and what happens with no-shows; that policy is shown on the business's booking page and applies to your appointment. AD does not decide, enforce or refund a business's cancellation policy — contact the business directly about a specific appointment.

7. Reviews

Only a customer with a completed, verified appointment at a business may leave a review of it, and only once per appointment. Businesses can post one public reply to a review but cannot edit or remove a review themselves; AD may remove a review that violates these terms or the law. Reviews reflect the opinion of the customer who wrote them, not AD, consistent with the FTC's rules on genuine, verified reviews (16 C.F.R. Part 465).

8. Acceptable use

• Give accurate information when you create an account, book, or leave a review.
• Don't use AD Appoint to harass a business or another customer, or to book appointments you don't intend to keep.
• Don't try to bypass, scrape, or interfere with the security or normal operation of AD Appoint.
• Don't post a review, reply or profile content that is false, defamatory, or that you were paid to post without disclosure.

9. Your data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it. It is part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

AD Appoint is provided “as is.” We work to keep booking, reminders and the directory accurate and available, but we don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed business will honor an appointment. To the fullest extent the law allows, AD is not liable for the acts, omissions, services or policies of any business listed on AD Appoint, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AD Appoint changes. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do, and post material changes here before they take effect.
