Our accessibility goal for AD Appoint, and how to tell us if something doesn't work for you.

Our target
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across AD Appoint's customer-facing booking site, installable app, and business dashboard. We build with labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, announced errors, sufficient color contrast, and touch targets sized for mobile as part of our normal development process. We have not yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit, so we don't claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance today — this statement will be updated once that work is done.
Scope
This statement covers the customer-facing booking site and installable app (home, search, business pages, booking, your account) and the business dashboard used by business staff. It does not cover third-party content we link to, such as a business's own website.
Known limitations
As with most products under active development, some areas may not yet fully meet our target — for example, a newly shipped feature before its own accessibility pass, or a third-party embed (like map tiles) we don't fully control. Tell us what you found and we'll prioritize a fix.
Reporting a barrier
If you use assistive technology and run into something that doesn't work, write to info@adwebdesignny.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the device/browser/assistive technology you were using. We read every report and aim to acknowledge it within a few business days.
