AD Appoint is a booking platform, not the business you book

AD Appoint connects customers with independent local service businesses and lets those businesses run their own calendar. AD is not a party to the appointment you make — the business you book with is solely responsible for the service it provides, its licensing, insurance, staff, pricing, and its own cancellation policy.

No warranty on booking accuracy, availability, or business conduct

We work to keep availability, pricing display, and booking confirmations accurate, but we don't guarantee that a listed time will always be honored, that a business will behave a particular way, or that AD Appoint itself will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reviews reflect individual customers' opinions, not AD's.

No payments, no financial advice, no medical advice

AD Appoint never processes payment for appointments and never asks for card details. Nothing on AD Appoint is financial, legal, or medical advice, and AD Appoint is not designed to hold protected health information (see the Business Terms).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AD is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or policies of any business listed on AD Appoint, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. For a customer with no paid relationship with AD, our total liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows, since AD Appoint charges customers nothing. For a business, liability is capped as described in the Business Terms. Nothing here removes a protection your home state's law gives you that cannot be waived by contract.
